Jun 4, 2017 I've always imagined he would take time to try and master his last album. That's what part of me thinks and the other half of me thinks he finally saw negative reception about all his recent features and scratched the album because he had an album full of no favor type verses. Just imagine how horrible that piece of s--- would have been.

LIke i think his "legend" has made him immune to criticism or something like it's bad taste to say the frail reclusive depressed severy anxiety troubled artist makes s--- music. I want to see him IRL, purely so i can say hey man stop trying so hard to make ur s--- albums.

Jun 5, 2017 Thing is, he still gets 95% praise on twitter, youtube etc. Its his core fans (On sites like these) that hate his stuff and people on forums like KTT (Tbh they will hate anything he does). If you look at the Youtube reactions to No Favors (React vids) people absolutely love his verse. If you go back on forums from the early 2000's everyone was trashing TES hard saying he fell off , went pop etc. This was on forums. Not to say that his current music is great but it depends where we look. He still has a positive response to his music and overly positive response, it's because his music is so broad. I know people who are upset he didn't make another Recovery lol, and this person isn't even white lol. MMLP2 would've been great had he not compromised adding trash to it, the good songs I still bump occasionally(Brainless, Groundhog day, Rhyme or Reason, Evil Twin, Baby, Rap God, Bad Guy, Don't Front, Wicked Ways). That's 9 good songs, i think if we had those 9 + a Guts over Fear single we would all love MMLP2. I don't bump anything post MMLP2 (Outside of maybe Fine Line).

Jun 5, 2017 the album better be worth the wait, his latest verses were ok but it's not enough to judge how his new stuff would sound like. he had to scrap the latest version of his album due to the backlash of No Favors. i'm at the tip of the iceberg with his music, if he doesn't deliver than he's pretty much done for.
Jun 5, 2017 Had he named his last album that (with altered songs of course) you would also call it forced. This may have been brought up in the past by someone else, but it seems like MMLP2 would've been liked more by the general population had it been given an original name.
