    oh i was being pretty sarcastic in that post. i just hate how focused people are on being islamaphobic (hate that word) and crticise quotes from the Quran when a lot of Jewish religous texts are pretty close to nazism.

    @Coco the Vageater coco not all answers come from religion bro.. most people just say that to back their claim on why their pathway is the best.

    The terrorist.. they are just evil assholes trying to prove a point. The victims.. wrong place wrong time. Your car.. engine not working. You.. you need to get it repaired. Most things rely on us, which is why religous people are crazy. "I don't need a doctor, god will repair my wounds!" n----- just go to the emergency room..

    My family were very "make up your own mind" with regards to religion and kept it away from me, so I just wasn't exposed to it. I didn't find out their religious beliefs until I was already a teenager and by that point I was old enough to think for myself and realised I just didn't believe it.

    Ain't read the thread so i'm not sure if something similar has been said before but..


    Maybe because he gave everyone free will and he wanted the world to have a balance of good and evil? If God stopped suffering and humans from hurting other people then wouldn't that just go against the idea of free will? Maybe he didn't intend on creating a world where everyone was just nice to each other :jordan:



    If we lived in a world without evil and suffering wouldn't God have to put a restriction on our emotions too?

    If man gets jealous. sometimes he takes matters into his own hand and inflicts suffering unto another.
    I feel like God would have to put some major restrictions on human emotions if he wanted us to live without evil and if he did then we wouldn't really have free will would we? :khaled:

    I'm not.

    A lot of it has to do with me not going to church growing up, as my immediate family is not religious.

    In the long run, I partially hold the belief that religion came about as a way to explain the world to its inhabitants before science developed.
