    It's simple. With installments, the seller is giving a percentage of their income to the buyer to help them pay for an artist they can't afford.

    In the case of Drake I was able to purchase him in 5 days. I had the 50 upfront; it's the 4 installments that made Drake a steal. Seeing that I only had 35 million it should have taken me 8 days to come up with the additional 280 million. During that time Drake would have also made you an additional 280 million. That would have meant in 8 days you would have had 560 million + 50 million off Drake.

    But with installment payments I was able use Drake's income to help me purchase Drake. So I really only paid 140 million in installment payments + the 50 million for Drake.

    This is what I was trying to tell everyone

    I got biggie for 150mil of my own and then ~80mil that duderino facilitated me getting in 7 days

    I had no business buying biggie it would've theoretically taken like 14 or 15 days :lmaooo:

    It goes both ways...for example @El Duderino did make a profit on Biggie. But he didn't make 234m, and I didn't pay 234m because some of that was his own money that I was only able to get because he gave me the artist

    @SliK my income was 243,900,000 before and now its 288,900,000. I should have gotten 60m for income not 45m. I was supposed to get Chance income for today and then trade it to Modest
