May 10, 2018 Dave is just silly with his ratings now. After 30+ years now following one match, >5* matches start rolling off every few months? Nah. And that match wasn't even 5+ let alone greater
May 10, 2018 ??? The one Naito match and Okada/Omega matches? He used to do 5+'s a long time ago. I remember him saying that AJ/Suzuki wouldn't even be top 10 last year, which it probably wouldn't be. The standards have changed, just as they did in the 90's when he did the 5+ before. I obviously disagree on the rating, but it's a how many year long story culminating in a great match with great heat to cap off one of the greatest feuds in history. He values these things and really put it over with his explanation on WOR. Don't see the problem with it.
