1. I thought about killing you: about ye's bipolar nature and struggle with either side of him. One line about calling up the muslims and how hes about to "go dumb" that could be stretched to maybe fit your narrative. Nothing else suggesting or alluding to the controversy.
2. Yikes: one line "turn tmz to smack dvd huh". Nothing else about anything related to the blowback.
3. All mine: this song is about ye gettin booty. Nothing else really
4. Wouldnt leave: This song is actually about the blowback.
5. No mistakes: ye talks about financial and mental struggles, its been a shaky year for ye. No allusion to the blowback.
6. Ghost town:
"Some day the drama'll be gone
And they'll pray, no, oh, no
Sometimes I take all the shine
Talk like I drank all the wine"
Ye alludes to having a big mouth and talking out of term, causing drama which is something hes done for a decade. Maybe its about the blowback, maybe its about all the controversy hes caused through his career and his lack of filter.
7. Violent crimes: this song is kinda awk... Definitely no mention of the recent controversy.


You are wrong m8. At most you got a song, half a verse and 2 lines that have to do with the blowback. Definitely not the theme of the album nor focus.

I would say there are a few themes and it's one of them. One of the main themes.

But yeah... Not sure how you could say the entire album is about the blowback. That said, I think quite a bit of it is indirectly. Which you can't prove objectively by referring to lyrics. It's deeper than just the "blowback" itself tho.

Likewise, he didn’t mention the Taylor Swift incident explicitly in every song on MBDTF, but nearly every song is a reaction to that incident.
