    I've been studying talk radio and the CEC for a long long long time... (20+ years, I'm old)... I never seen anyone fall into the trap and come back out.

    It requires too much commitment... They feel too much of a reward from all the conformation bias and feeling superior to people who live in reality because in their mind they feel like they know the "real truth."

    They just stay on this treadmill on ever changing values they think they hold so strongly but will abandon right away when Hannity tells them to think something else.


    I don't know the cure.

    Trump probably doesn't even give a s--- about his approval rating at this point or just dismisses it as 'fake news.'

    I posted a story last week about how he gets a folder twice a day with positive press/tweets, it's so pathetic how he's completely ignoring anything negative related to him.

    Also, I live in Alaska and work construction so I know lots of people who are dumb people.
