I feel like after awhile people just automatically started saying everything he releases is good, or a classic. I got tired of d---. very quick and the only song I go back to still is FEEL. But I still go back to To p---- a Butterfly frequently. When Good Kid Maad City came out I didn't really feel it as much as everyone else. Took me about two years for it to really click. Which is strange because I remembered really liking Section 80 alot when it first dropped.
But back to the main topic, I feel like Kendrick is overrated in the sense that you aren't really allowed to say how you really feel about his music unless you want to start a shitfest. He's an artist who definitely puts in the hard work, but we really gotta stop immediately calling anything this man releases a classic. -

Nah he's great. The more popular you get the more overrated you become. It's simple mathematics.
