Aug 25, 2017I honestly feel like it's an important factor in our freedom online, I think the labels have always taken the incorrect approach in removing content from the internet with pure threats and almost no actual understanding. As someone who's dabbled around in this s--- from the uploading and downloading side of things I can speak on labels approach very well. They simply don't care about anything other then money/
Secondly I think that the ability to stream tracks on various platforms like Apple Music and Spotify (with ease across all devices) is really making a dent in the need to download tracks, this is the approach that should have been taken from the start. Essentially I think it will never go away completely, alot of people don't have the money to pay for services like Apple Music, or Spotify.
