Because like the old saying says guns don’t k--- people, other people do. So the problem is the people and I am simply saying there are too many variables in any form of regulation to expect any sort of progress... is it the spoon’s fault people get fat?

I agree with Krazee D. Some of you aren't thinking realistically about this. Banning or making things illegal to own never works. Especially since guns are already spread out in almost every home in the states. Even if the government did activate some law do people really thing everyone's just going to hand their guns over?

Our founding fathers protected our gun rights for a reason so we don't end up like the people under the control of Hitler.

just speechless. im watching the vietnam documentary and its so good but the talks of political Armageddon and mas chaos of the 60s and all can help is think were relieving it all over again. horrible, horrible horrible horrible. glad the shooter died like a coward.

Initiatives such as universal background checks & mandatory safety tests are widely supported by both Republicans & Democrats. The only thing in the way is the NRA.

There’s ALWAYS this miscommunication that gun control means banning firearms — I just don’t understand. We live in a country where it’s harder to get a drivers license than purchase a firearm. In no way shape or form is that logical. Common sense intiatives need to be pushed so we can create safer environments for future generations. If we do nothing, this will continue to happen.

@Krazee D way of thinking that universities background checks is the first step to abolishing the second amendment is EXACTLY the type of s--- the NRA wants you to think. It’s nothing but fear mongering. The second amendment isn’t going any where.

Statistically you’re extremely unlikely to get caught up in such an event, obviously you can increase your chances depending on how often/where you’re out. But you don’t want to be living your life in fear.

We’re no strangers to terror attacks here in the UK especially London but it’s not going to stop me going to football games/concerts. As has been said, it’s what they want
