1. Don't get your hopes up for some personal album. He will never go down that road again. He can't even legally mention Kim by name. If it does turn into a "personal" album, the closest you will get is a bunch of generic Stronger Than I Wases.

2. The freestyle flow definitely takes away from this song - but doesn't ruin it.

3. Remember the days when Eminem had s-----y mixing? Looks like that's over.

i've sat with it for the last hour and 20 mins.. and its honestly one of my favourite Em songs now.. i love when he's like this. Like just the raw emotion in his voice and delivery.. its so great.

officially boarding the hype train and can't wait for it for this album. This will be his 4:44. It will be a true classic i swear.

So weird that Em is perfomring this at EMAs

I ain't mad at this at all - as in the song. I don't get how people aren't hearing this as a bigger picture. Which is what I want from Em personally - a properly thought out album. Not FORMATTED FUNNY EM SINGLE + FORMATTED b---- TRACK and all that s--- over and over.

This is very well made and it's not meant to be some catchy song. Feels like a perfect intro .

Only thing is... so weird he's performing this. And can't see them dropping another track between now and tomorrow.

What the f--- is this s---!?

It's introspective and honest, which is cool and all but how is this the lead single!? It sounds like a cut up accapella with some piano and a female hook thrown on top. It sounds like a s-----y version of When I’m Gone (which is a goat track).

Also, just because he points out what people criticise him for doesn’t mean he is immune to those criticisms.
He needs to realise that his biggest issue at the moment is the way he raps. The whole speeding up and getting louder thing he does every few bars is so f---ing annoying.

I can't see this getting much radio play. His introspective stuff should be saved for album tracks, not single.

Oh, and that outro is cringey as f---.

Killed most of my hype for the rest of the album. Another MMLP2 incoming.

that's why i'll give this a pass, if only he can drop another song for another demographic who just enjoys the usual rapping, i somewhat feel cheated for waiting on this basic pasted on song. this sounds just like Campaign Speech, Devils Night Intro & the BET Cypher.
