Its not a song to listen to on a loop, it is a STATEMENT.

Let me break it down for you:

a) The purpose of this song is to bring up the subject of Em falling off and his commentary on the whole matter.
b) He used emotional, piano beat to highlight it is a touchy subject
c) His "cyphery" flow was used on purpose to highlight what people are nagging him for (showing off his delivery skills would distract from the main point of the whole song)
d) "Beyonce feature is for views" - f--- yes it is, but as this is the most important and personal song to him at the moment he wants to reach the widest audience possible.
e) The whole metaphor of walking on water is genius as most people seeing the title initially thought he would brag the s--- out of this track, while he does completely opposite- he walks on frozen water, which is a fragile surface, with "fans" negative opinions' abyss beneath it.

And I f---ing love it.

Shut the f--- up you s--- for brains fa----. Stop trying to act enlightened or original. There were shitheads in 2004 claiming the awfulness of Encore was a calculated chess move by Eminem designed to get people to respect his previous and future work. Let me break it down for you.

A. He literally said zero things in this song that he hasn' t already said in one way or another before. This song is only about 1 subject, and its pretty obvious what the subject matter is. What the h--- are you explaning it to us for.

B. Used an emotional piano beat? What? This is whats considered intelligent conversation? And you didnt even spell intelligent right.

C. I remember a song called going through changes, also emotional, which he was able to make while staying on beat and tell a cohesive personal story. This song is basically him agreeing he sucks now. Not very emotional.

D. He' f---ing Eminem. Biggest selling artist of all time. He doesn' need Beyonce. Wtf.

E. I don't even know what point you are trying to make here. It' pretty obvious after hearing the song, what its about.....

Honestly it's a fantastic song. I'm honestly surprised he released a song like this. He seems to be really affected by what people think, contrary to what we all believed. I have really high hopes for this album.
