    Toro has buzz and has had buzz the entire decade... Boo Boo was liked by most people because it was a return to his chillwave esque roots he abandoned on "What For?" How is it underated.

    You heard a couple entry level basic albums saw no one mention them on a "rap" forum whos demographic seems to be mid 20s Eminem wrestling Stans and thought these were underated as a whole despite wide spread acclaim (The OOZ & Melodrama) and raving fan bases (all of the above tbh)
