Dec 1, 2017 as much as Trump and the people he's appointed are a clusterfuck for the country, Pence is a god d---ed nightmare socially. I hope if something goes down, the whole thing comes down and Pence doesn't come out on the other side as President. Seems pretty bs that he'd potentially be allowed to remain in office when their path to it was sketchy enough to get Trump removed from it.
Dec 1, 2017 Pence doesn't matter. If Trump resigns there'll be absolutely no mandate for Pence to do much of anything and he'll get obliterated in 2020 (and, if this all comes to a head before then––and maybe even if it doesn't––the Dems will wrestle back control of congress).
