A post I recently read on Reddit showed that HMV was selling a bootleg album called Living Proof by Eminem, which to my surprise happened to be true.

Well, I was in town today doing a spot of Christmas shopping and decided to pop into HMV to see if they had a copy of said CD, lucky enough they had 1 copy left shoved at the back of a pile of his other albums complete with cracks in the case. After trying to work out exactly what this album was doing in a legit high street store curiosity got the better of me and I purchased it.

Got it home, whacked it on play whilst pondering how a large store could get away with selling what is obviously a bootleg CD.

Now, I knew this album was going to be bad when I saw the Reddit post, just a disc full of songs they've stolen from the internet, but one of the (badly made) remixes on here still has a shoutout/tag for "AtomicBeats.com". Not all the songs on here are really bad quality, the worst being Cocaine which sounds like it's been converted a few too many times with tinny audio that puts you off listening to it a few seconds in. Difficult is also the exact same version as Koolo leaked with the distortion on the first verse. A few of the songs have obviously been lifted from other mixtapes, with one of the tracks having Dre speaking on the end then quickly fading out whilst he's still talking.

Common with bootlegs is that they don't always get the name right. '4ever Mayne' is actually Forever, but weirdly 'I Remember' happens to be 'The Kids' from the MMLP1 Bonus disc? Weird stuff.

This is inside the booklet, look at the other s--- they're selling lol how they are doing this without being sued I honestly don't have a clue...

So in summary; some b------ has literally downloaded some ear-damaging copyright infringing songs off YouTube, whacked them on a disc, and I've gone into town and paid 9 pounds for it.

I bet the pricks who made this is are laughing their heads off this Christmas.
