Dec 12, 2017 I clicked the pic and rated. SSLP 10 MMLP 10 TES 10 Encore 8 (was a 4 when it came out and grew over time. Bonus cd helps.) Relapse 7 Recovery 7 MMLP 2 6 (only 6 but had higher highs than other albums because of Bad Guy and Rap God) The only reason I thought of putting SSLP a 9 was because I feel MMLP and TES topped it. But with all things considered, it's still a 10 for its time.
Dec 12, 2017 MMLP TES RELAPSE ( I know, but this album is dope!) I will probably swap this with SSLP after going back to it. But for now... SSLP ENCORE (songs like Mosh, Evil Deeds, Toy Soldiers are all 10/10 classics) RECOVERY (grew on me overtime but overall didn't like it) MMLP2 (hated it) BTW, I'm going to predict Revival is either worse than MMLP2 on my list, or slighty worse than Recovery. Either way my prediction is that this latest effort will be his worst album or at least second worst CD based on the tracklist, his recent music over the last 2 years and first two songs (Untouchable and WOW. Just my opinion. Hope I'm wrong.
Dec 12, 2017 Album Rank Standout Songs MMLP 10 Criminal, I'm Back, Drug Ballad TES 9 White America, Square Dance, Sing for the Moment MMLP2 9 Bad Guy, Legacy, Rap God, Evil Twin (Dlx: Baby, Groundhog Day) SSLP 7 Role Model, SDGAF, JDGAF Recovery 6 25 to Life, Space Bound Relapse 5.5 Deja Vu*, My Darling Encore 1 Yellow Brick Road Can't believe you guys are giving Encore love. I dunno how an embarassing mess of toilet sounds grows on you over time.
Dec 12, 2017 SSLP: 8 (production is subpar compared to other albums) MMLP: 9 (last third of the album is a little weak compared to the perfect first two thirds) TES: 10 (few to no weak moments) Encore: 6 (even the s-----y stuff has some value, like good production) Relapse: 10 (perfect for what it is) Recovery: 7 (too poppy for me to this day, but does have some really good s---) MMLP2: 8 (some weak tracks but most of it is dope as f---, even though its not cohesive at all) Revival: 5 so far.
