It flopped because he dissed Trump and the fans he lost because of it in the USA, the fact not 1 single video was released, no Rihanna and no huge number 1 single released first to gain hype!
WOW and Untouchable basically killed all the hype!
What's unreal is that in the UK Revival sold 120k proving fans in the UK still follow him.
Did he really think dissing Trump would help sales of his album?
His fans in America turned on him after the Trump diss yet everywhere else in the world they loved it!
Look at Lebron he destroyed Trump yet gained more popular out if it, Em went the total opposite.
Maybe now he will realise pop features no longer sell albums, I'm kinda glad it's flopped so badly because no way he retires with a huge flop!
I'm hoping his next album will be a f--- everyone don't give a s--- album instead of trying to please and appeal to so many other fan bases!

Define flop. The reason it "flopped" is because of the lack of promotion + the bad reception. It's a dope album though, it's not MMLP.... s---, it's not even a cohesive album but just a bunch of songs.. but it's dope as f---. I'll be bumpin Believe/Chloraseptic at least for quite some time.

The fact that River was not the first single is f---ing mind blowing!
Paul is a f---ing idiot and Em needs to fire him asap!
If River was the first single with a video and then second single was Arose with a video Revival would have easily done 800k first week.
The hype alone from those 2 singles would have been insane!
The 2 we got were f---ing garbage!

Revival is still number one in iTunes... Revival is projected to sell 300k right? 4:44 has only sold 388k.
d--- has been out for a while now and has only sold 900k and that’s the 3rd best selling album this year I believe.(#1 rap album)

Em didn’t flop based on this years sales.

It’s only cause of bad marketing but it didn’t even flop.
An album with no hit single before it’s release and not even a vid and still debuted number one..
numbers are low for em but his other albums had everything marketing wise..

It’s only r-----s like @TheReturn who think it actually flopped so it doesn’t even matter

I'm still convinced the rollout was purposely silent. No way in h--- anybody without brain damage would not drop the singles with the biggest pop stars on the planet first. I'm convinced Em no longer wants the attention and only works with artists he respects.

Right if he would’ve dropped his album that week, or the next week we wouldn’t be having this conversation about him flopping
