Mar 19, 2018 15 years and 5 albums would suggest otherwise @ wrong. Arguably Relapse. But he still f----- it up. Recovery was the major turning point. Encore he was just burned out, bored, high... Relapse he found a new spark, a style which came out of nowhere and created incredibly unique, dense, consistent music... then the reaction screwed him and has ever since. Recovery, MMLP2 and Revival are all bloated and desperate. Basically Em trying anything and everything to impress and please all audiences at once... rather than having any artistic vision or direction and organically making music to fill that vision. Instead he's trying to out think everybody's reaction, and his next album will more than likely be Recovery esque "I'm back for real this time!!" biteback at Revival s---, which is just lame... like, be original already, get some new ideas, stop just making material about yourself and people's perception of you already. And he'll work with 50 producers again, try to make every kind of song therefore having no consistent sound to the album, try to mix hardcore with pop, have 100 features and stuff the CD to the max. In-capable.

Mar 20, 2018 Listening to Revival on the regular, still a few tracks I skip, other than that it’s a decent project, I think I hated on it way too much in the beginning, but it’s been growing on me.
