I always liked the story about how Good Times came about. Jamie xx reached out and Thug didn't wanna do the song cause it sounded too poppy and he wasn't in that vibe, but Alex loved the beat and played it for him at the beginning of every session for like a month only for Thug to reject him until he finally caved and did the song then he immediately recorded Imma Ride right after cause he wanted to do some hard s--- to make up for it. Song comes out a year later and it's one of the greatest pop songs of our time

IIRC Take Kare was created with Thug only thinking it was going to be him on the song. He was speechless when he heard Wayne start rapping on the final verse when Alex played him the final version.

I wanna say Alex said this in an interview somewhere, I remember seeing this like a year or so ago.
