Feb 27, 2018 if you look at the mainstream top selling albums, they are ranking that high because of streams. look at the top singles, its because of streams cole and hov can do whatever they want, they will get their numbers regardless. look what migos, justin timberlake, rae sremmurd, even eminem did. more songs is more streams. longer albums get more streams. stores this year are getting rid of physical cds. streams is definitely the dominant force for sales right now.
