    First listen is meh

    It sounded like Nas had prewritten verses and just rapped them over the beat no matter how the beat sounded.

    Adam and Eve was a dope beat, but I don’t think Nas executed properly

    Something was off, still want to hear what Nas was working on from 2012-2017, this project is a quick side project from what his real album will be.

    People really loving “cop shot the kid” but it’s honestly such a stereotypical/lazy political/police brutality song. Other artists have done songs like that so much better & more interesting. Also, “the cop shot the kid” being repeated throughout the track is annoying.

    I'm glad u of all people say this. Good message but what a s--- song. Even untouchable was more listenable :'(

    So yeah I kinda like this album but nas is on autopilot. Not even close to LIG but not bad either. For now, daytona > ksg/nasir > ye
