Jun 6, 2018Omg no. It is solid as f--- though.
I'm always surprised by how solid it is every time I re-listen, which I did again just the other day for the first time in probably a year, and there's not a single track where I go 'f---, why!?', it is actually extremely consistent. It's just flawed. If he could go back and re-write the bad s--- and re-produce it with himself and Bass Bros... it would be a classic.
But, study as f---.
But yeah definitely not best aging. Those beats are cheap and nasty, they don't age well, and a lot of his wordplay is terrible so that only glares more as time goes on.
MMLP, TES or Relapse are the best aging just due to quality of how they were put together.
Playing any of them even to this day is an immense experience.

Give it a spin. It is not his best album but it is the most timeless to revisit.
Fight me.
