    I mean, the vast majority of people who don't follow rap super closely I can guarantee you did not know about the kid thing (especially considering how many people who post on a rap forum didn't know). Even if it wasn't technically a secret because it had made its rounds in the rumor mill, Drake was treating it like one by not acknowledging the kid and waiting on a f---ing adidas press run to announce his kid so he could make more money off him. Push called WAAAAAY more attention to it than anyone else had.

    So the best song on the album is because of Drake. Sounds about right. That’s the only song I still play from ye.

    Drake has been revealed as a lyricist and composer on Kanye West’s ye song “Yikes.” Hot 97 host Peter Rosenberg previously claimed that Drake penned the song’s hook on the air. Now, that information has been confirmed by updated credits found on Tidal. There are 11 credited lyricists in total, including Mike Dean, Ayub Ogada, and James Mbarack Achieng. (“Yikes” samples the 1976 Black Savage song “Kothbiro.”)

    Kanye was previously credited on Drake’s 2016 diss track “Two Birds, One Stone.” The song took aim at Kid Cudi and Pusha-T. The latter finally responded to Drake on “Infrared,” the closing track on his recent Daytona album. Drake took aim at both Pusha and Kanye on his response, “Duppy Freestyle. Pusha later fired back at Drake with his vicious track, “The Story of Adidon.”
