    But come on... a suprise album with only 10 tracks (pkus skits) cant compete with the highly anticipated CV...

    On a personal note, Kamikaze was better imo

    oh God, imma just say this, Eminem has sold about 80m albums more than Wayne WW and Wayne dropped 3 more solo projects than Em. Don't come at Em when it comes to sales

    Interesting.

    However, Em had 250k pure album sales, while Wayne is expected to have around 180, so is about 11 more songs than Eminem a strong factor here in streaming numbers? Didn't expect Wayne to do this good, let us see how it goes

    Even Drake had around 160k pure album sales, while Travis Scott had 270k, amazing!

    The carter series is legendary.

    People wanna hear it and prob. dont care "that much" for Waynes side projects.
    Its also no surprise hes selling more than EM 1st week. (despite surprise release or not )
    Hes doing it since 2008. Em usually sells more in the long run tho.

    I am happy for Wayne, the dude deserves it after the trouble he had the last 5 years.

    Tha Carter V is the most hyped and expected album of the decade while Kamikaze was a surprise release.
