when anesthetists use it as an anesthesia or mix it with other anesthetics, they literally watch your heart rate monitor while very very slowly injecing it into you. they are basically balancing (or juggling) your vitals like too little, they will wake up/feel pain - too much, they die.

average dealer of most s---, has scales that go up to 2 decimal points, cause the smallest you would sell ever is a point (unless your a fucken tard). so if your average dealer gets their hands on fent to cut s---, guess what, s----s so potent you need like micrograms, or 0.0001 of a gram and they don't even have the tools to measure it properly

a gram of coke is what like $400 ish here.
Ok, now, fent is like similar price for about 30 grams.

ita not really the price more so howpotent it is. u cud get bs xannies that are like 0.25 but sprinkle a bit of fent in it and they feel like 4gram xans. its the same reason people put horse tranquilizers in H. it f---s the user up and it gives larger profit. like you could cut creatine or caffeine powder into the s--- but as a user you wont be coming back if the s--- doesnt f--- you up

Yea users were pissed when this first started happening but it’s pretty much the norm now everywhere.

From the dealers perspective, black market fentanyl is much easier and cheaper to acquire and distribute than growing, maintaining, and harvesting poppy fields to produce heroin. Plus poppy plants need specific climates to grow correctly so that limits production. Knockoff fentanyl production is basically limitless, it can be done year round in some lab. Many reports indicate that drug cartels buy tons of black lab fentanyl from Asia and then mix it with some heroin so they can sell “heroin” on the streets. As this change to heroin caught on, the cartels also started taking that same black lab fentanyl and just pressing “fake” pharmaceutical pain pills.

Once you’re addicted, the main priority is staving off withdrawals and surviving day to day, getting high is 2nd on the list. This is why users keep coming back to the dealers. If users can get something better they will but fentanyl is becoming the norm everywhere (if it’s not already). When you need a fix and that’s all you can get, nothing will stop you from copping.
