Nov 5, 2018 just gonna add to how fucken srs this s--- is; when anesthetists use it as an anesthesia or mix it with other anesthetics, they literally watch your heart rate monitor while very very slowly injecing it into you. they are basically balancing (or juggling) your vitals like too little, they will wake up/feel pain - too much, they die. average dealer of most s---, has scales that go up to 2 decimal points, cause the smallest you would sell ever is a point (unless your a fucken tard). so if your average dealer gets their hands on fent to cut s---, guess what, s----s so potent you need like micrograms, or 0.0001 of a gram and they don't even have the tools to measure it properly

Nov 5, 2018 Never really understood this. Is the synthesized fentanyl cheaper than heroin (or the “normal” drug)? Struggling to find the benefit from the dealer’s perspective, even if it is cheaper to use it...let’s say that you mixed/measured it correctly and the user doesn’t die from it..as a user, wouldn’t you be f---ing pissed that your s--- was dirty and not want to go back to that dealer again?
