depends how close you are to her, its gonna hurt for a long time, and there is nothing you can do to fill that void..you need to accept this, the sooner you do the sooner life will have meaning for you again...and believe me, time will deal with that void when its duealeeex1923, grizzyp, PistolPistol and 5 others like this.(This ad goes away when signing up) -

Sorry for your loss brother. My condolences.
I've never lost a parent but I am a recovering heroin addict. Whatever you do, try not to use her death as an excuse to get high. It's just gonna make everything about this situation a billion times worse. You gotta work through the emotions. It could take days, weeks, or months to get through it but I promise you it eventually gets better.grizzyp, Slyk, Ordinary Joel and 3 others like this. -

My sincere condolences for your loss mate. I'm not able to provide any advice as I've never been through any loss as personal as that, but I guess just reach out for help if you feel it's too overwhelming. Like a close friend or other family members. That way you can lean on them and vice versa.
Again my condolences.Do0MiNaToR, grizzyp, Slyk and 3 others like this. -

So sorry for your loss man. Can't imagine how tough that is. I've lost grandparents that I was very close with but never a mother.
And don't beat yourself up about relapsing—it's a part of the recovery process. It happens. The only thing you can do is get back on the wagon today and now. Like @Buddha numbing a loss with drugs might make you feel better at the time, but in the end it's only delaying you truly processing your emotions. Good luck man!Do0MiNaToR, grizzyp, Slyk and 2 others like this. -

My condolences. I lost my mother at a young age. It’s a difficult thing to get through. Just got to be strong. If you have other people around you talk with them.
