    the only reason i can think of health insurance processing any type of vision if its cataracts or lasik most commonly, even possibly if something like keratoconus.

    25. Case Manager working at an Advocacy Firm for Social security disability clients. $12/hr yeah severely underpaid. Love the work but so underpaid.

    Yup exactly. I work in Medicare/Medicaid and our world is slightly different than commercial health insurance so we process a good amount of vision claims. But the majority of them are outsourced to a large vision provider.
