Feb 14, 2019 It is an objective fact that we have an immigration crisis in this country. Gun crime in America is at a 50-year low and the proposals the Democrats have made and implemented to combat climate change are superficial and ineffectual. Besides that, it's still not even clear what proportion of climate change is man-made vs. natural, but the sad irony is that even if it is largely anthropogenic you'd basically have to k--- off most of the world's population to make any appreciable difference. Gun control won't save lives and climate change is not a problem that you can realistically or pragmatically tackle - immigration is. If we had adequate border security and there was no immigration crisis in this country @Enigma here wouldn't be shedding crocodile tears every day over families being separated (and wrongly blaming it on the Trump admin). Also, it's ridiculous to suggest that building a border wall of some type or other is only an urgent priority in the case of an imminent invasion. A nation without borders is not a nation. The Mexican president has already threatened to invade the U.S. via mass migration. The left has a one track mind on importing a new electorate to stay in power and to exploit third-worlders as cheap labor, and keeping our border defense system weak and porous is one of the tactics they use towards those ends. Trump's biggest campaign promise was the wall. There is a crisis. The American people would not have elected him if there wasn't, much less in spite of constant media spin and propaganda to the contrary. They're clearly lying. Why can't you see that?
Feb 15, 2019 We definitely do have a border crisis going on. The majority of the recent missing girls who were found dead and linked the murder to several illegal immigrants. Cartel members coming over, that’s a problem. Ms-13 members coming over, that’s a problem. Do I think a wall is really necessary? No, but it won’t hurt anything really. Thing is they have tunnels, several ways of transportation crossing the boarder. I do feel the US should make it easier for the illegal immigrants who are actually here working their a--- off providing for their family, giving them citizenship. Illegals with a degree, education, no g--- affiliation, giving them a chance in the states, I wouldn’t have a problem with.

Whether border crossings have declined is another question. There is however no indication whatsoever of the problem disappearing on its own
