    prequels are overhated. Phantom Menace and Clones had their problems and certainly were nowhere near anything in the original trilogy but they're fun movies. And like @Mraczewsky said, the storyline is awesome. I'll always stand by Revenge of the Sith, s--- was classic Star Wars and tied the 2 trilogies together perfectly imo.

    prequels underappreciated as h---.
    They had its problems but d--- background is so good there. I mean the whole story is great, only directing (and f---ing mitochondria or whatever) brought it down. Wish Lucas didt overdirect it

    Really wish JJ directed the trilogy so there was more cohesion. Seems like 2 separate stories.

    TLJ ruined this trilogy for me

    As big of a star wars fan as I am and theres no excitement

    The prequels are terribly written and directed. There is no getting around it. What they do have is John Williams, a couple of likable actors and a wonderful design team.

    While I enjoyed both parts of the ST so far, I am a little disappointed that Disney seem intent on staying "safe" and aping the original trilogy as often as possible.

    How tf did the new bad empire happen at all
    What's Ben's problem
    I f---ing hate this new trilogy, I wish Disney had balls to actually do something new and good like they did with marvel
    I bet Skywalker will be some new yedi/sith kinda thing with all this gray side of the force bs from tlj and that poor kid from the end of tlj will be a part of it at the end

    whats with the hate for TLJ? I thought it was pretty good. Nothing groundbreaking but it was fun
