Sorry, but his career is over. His voice is shot and sounds horrible. He has no more content to rap about. He’s awful. Encore has better songs on it than all of Eminem’s albums afterwards. LMFAO. Really hope you’re trolling. He’s garbage. I never meant a single person who listens to him, and I’ve never heard his music being played in public or in people’s cars.

You won't see me giving 10s to all of this man's albums. I'm not riding on Em's nuts as much as most these n----s on EmSXN are. Note that I said not completely horrible besides Revival. That doesn't mean I'm calling the albums fantastic, there are terrible parts of Em at times. Calling me an Eminem stan is eccentric as h---, since he's not even in my top 15 rappers OAT. If that's how you feel about Eminem, keep on with it. It doesn't matter to me one bit. You do you.

Apr 22, 2019 Ok chill out for a second. If you don’t even consider Eminem in your top 20 rappers, why would you say he’s one of the top guys in his late 40s that can still rap good? All his horrible content made since 2010 and on doesn’t make him decent just because some people overrate Kamikaze just because it wasn’t as bad as revival. Revival was honestly the final nail in the coffin for Eminem. I never in my life struggled to listen to a hip hop album that f---ing bad. I still haven’t listened to the full project. 3/4 of the songs were so off beat Eminem with s-----y talking flows, not even what I’d consider rap over rock type beats were just horrible. Sorry, but someone who made good music from 1997-2004, doesn’t have an excuse to release something as bad as revival. You have to remember the dude was working on the album for almost 5 years, and this is what he came out with? And I’m not just a huge d-ck riding hater just to hate. I actually rank Deja Vu a top 5 Eminem track for me. At least on relapse, he was riding beats effortlessly. Yeah some s-----y weirdo songs on the album. But it was the last true Eminem album to me. He sold out on recovery trying the pop route which worked for young teens and stans. But he has been attempting that same remedy ever since, and completely failed. Pop, rap isn’t hot now like it was then. And for Eminem to still say Revival was good and doesn’t understand why all music critics rated it a 1 or 2 shows just how out of touch with music he is. You can’t put him as a top rapper in his 40s when he released revival. Just no.
Apr 22, 2019 Sort of the same opinion here. I still occasionally listen to Yikes, all mine and rarely ghost town to this day. So at least he can still manage to release some fresh new content on his albums. But my expectations for him are basically zero with whatever he’s working on now.
Apr 22, 2019 Even if I did put Em as a top rapper in their 40's, he'd most likely be lower-high tier. Top OAT is pretty stacked, there are rappers much better than Em is, even in his prime. Or for an answer for why I put Em there. The most likely case is that he was one of the first rappers off the top of my head in their 40's, how hypocritical of me. Guess I should be sorry.
Apr 22, 2019 From Relapse to MMLP2, I would consider them decent at best. They were nowhere near great, but were enjoyable for some parts. You might not like them, but I do to an extent. Em did sell out, but it was tolerable sometimes. Except Revival, which I never even heard before besides a few tracks & the singles. I can agree, that they were horrible. Kamikaze had very corny lines and subjected too much on disses and aggression, at least that s--- wasn't an hour or longer. Don't take anything I said here as aggression to you. I wasn't planning on that. I don't like what you said, but I can respect it nonetheless.

Kids see ghosts had its moments but it doesn't make me excited for his next project. But Ye can surprise us. @WheresTheMeat u shouldn't be sorry. The OP asked rappers in their 40's that can still make good music. Eminem did! He also made tons of horrible music but OP didn't mention that lmao
Apr 23, 2019 Lol @Michael Myers i should have specified. I guess i would agree with picking Em in that case. Although his s--- music outweighs his good music in his 40s. In terms of rappers that have actually produced better (or their best) music in the 40s i think the list is pretty d--- short.
