Nov 4, 2019 @Rodamon basically, there are three versions of Selah we have out 1. Official JIK version 2. a version that sounds similar to the official JIK version that leaked slightly beforehand, but with cursing and less jesusy lyrics 3. "Chakras," which is what Selah was back when the album was Yandhi and before before JIK was a thing. Some of the lyrics are the same and you can see how it evolved into the final version, but the beat is diff and it sounds like an entirely diff song I'll be saving version 2 for when I have enough leaks and edits to recreate a...less jesusy, jesus is king lol.
Nov 4, 2019 @Big Cuntry really good quality on these. Did you do your own mixing/mastering? I Made my own version of this but you had some songs that I'm missing and well, better quality. I can post my version or tracklist up if anyone cares but that would be after I done some of your versions. I have some version of the song below that I had to add to the end of the album. Ala 808s since it's just a live thing.
Nov 4, 2019 Thanks man! I only did some really really minor stuff re: mixing/mastering. A lot of the versions I found by scrounging forums/reddit, but I'd love to learn to do more of this stuff on my own. Definitely post your tracklist and add it to the PM if you're so inclined! I wanted to include that somehow, but it just didn't fit. Wish we had some sort of non-live version of that track with lyrics, cuz that sample is flames.
