    Kamikaze is a concept album if you take it that way tho.
    And I think theres more room for creativity that way he went with mtbmb since he delivered at least, unlike revival

    Darkness is literally an impossible feat for literally 99% of rappers...its crazy...every f---ing line is a double entendre

    It isn't that creative kind of a concept. I expect more from Em. He could have done a really good followup to MMLP with MMLP2 though. Yet he half-assed the job.

    streaming changed things...they saw it with Kami and those Kanye short albums...they dont work....the way to make more money now is to load albums with songs and people can pick and choose what to listen to...critics need to understand the platform has changed...obviously album should be 5 songs shorter but i bet you girls would stream the 5 songs

    obv it worked with Kami cuz it sold a ton, but im talking more broader...i would literally cut 10 songs out of each new rap album these days...i would cut about 17 songs from wayne albums

    You're absolutely right about that. People release big albums cuz most people are happy just listening to rap caviar and other playlists, so the more songs are on an album the higher the chances of a few of them fitting a few different playlists and getting a bunch of plays and thus selling more.
