May 4, 2020 it is just a massive conicidence that a lab in Wuhan was studying bat coronaviruses in the last year & now it causes a pandemic originated in Wuhan. I think an accident happened in a lab & that is where the virus started. None of this research has been denied either. None of the claim about the virus coming from a lab has been proven false. May 4, 2020 Fauci was just quoted and said that it’s more likely that it came from animals than from a lab, he even gave an example, and referenced sars, which bats are a reservoir for... sars and covid hold the same genetic strains. science doesn’t just prove things to be false lol you need to prove why it’s true and site your sources. and there’s “no evidence that suggests the virus was created in a laboratory...” so no, there’s no chance it came from a lab. or whatever, not Fauci...but NIH was quoted..still though..
May 4, 2020 Yeah it's def possible it came from a lab but the burden of proof is on them to prove that it did come from the lab. Obviously it's important to figure out how it started but I'm more concerned with focusing on keeping people safe/developing a vaccine than I am with figuring out whether or not it came from batwing soup. What's done is done, trying to pin this on China or North Korea isn't going to help anything at this point unless there's credible evidence that points to it being a biological attack (which I sincerely, sincerely doubt).

May 4, 2020 I know this is prob gonna sound like bs lol but one of my roommates from college (masters in chemistry) works for the company in Cambridge that developed the first vaccine in the USA. He said he was only tangentially involved in the project but that they've dedicated tons of man power to it because we're in unprecedented circumstances. They developed the first vaccine for trial in 42 days. I'm sure people are overworked, but there's a reason things like this go through rigorous trials and testing.

It was being researched in Wuhan where the virus started. Im not it saying it is definitely true but wouldn't rule it out. No evidence suggests in came from elsewhere anyway. That research should not be allowed anyway. Far too risky. Something goes wrong & a virus can break out. Which may have happened
May 4, 2020 You are absolutely wrong. All the evidence points that it came from nature, and that is the consensus of experts. None of the viruses studied in the Wuhan lab match this virus. And its like 98% identical to similar strains found in bat caves. Studying the viruses is critical in preventig pandemics, creating vaccines etc.
