    PAUL SIMON AND ART GARFUNKEL WROTE IT. SHITLOADS OF PEOPLE COVERED IT, ROYCE SAMPLED THE COVER TO MAKE THE BEAT, NOT THE ORIGINAL. PAUL AND ART ARE STILL THE WRITERS
