Anyways @csw621 like I always say it's cool that you like Eminem but I haven't listened to shady xv and I'm definitely not worried about it ruining the perception of my favorite artists, I prefer whole bodies of work with amazing production as opposed to a guy who can't decide if he wants to make poppy anthems with chicks or talk about raping everyone so that more 12 year olds will enjoy him

I was very pleasantly surpsised he was able to keep up the "shady!" voice from calm down for so long. hoping he continues to refine it and uses it for at least one full track on the new album to tell some kinda crazy story

I've grown to enjoy this record very much, it may not be the best work he has put out, but it's tolerable. I just wish he never developed the stop & go flow or the fast flow. Overall it's a good compilation album for a beginner who is new to the hip hop world.

Fine Line, Twisted, Die Alone, and Vegas are all horribly mixed, tbh.

That bridge on Fine Line when he goes "from here you look so small, hovering high above us all, please come back, to me" is one of my favorite parts of the song, but he should have repeated it again after the third hook after the third verse. It would have ended the song better. But the song as a whole is probably the best song on the album.

Twisted during Skylar Grey's part when she sings "Twisted, blah blah blah" is one of the most painful experiences in music. Just horribly executed and mixed. Truly grating to the ears. And then they throw in the line "she don't give a s---" randomly throughout the song which feels like an 8th grader copied and pasted an explicit line into a song that didn't belong.

Die Alone is just horrible all together. The hook is a mess, I don't even know what the *bleep* Kobe's saying. Then mid-way through the song, it seems like the song ends for 3 seconds, then it pops back up out of nowhere. Just an odd choice for a song titled, Die Alone.

Vegas has another grating experience to the ears. When he says "Whatever Happens Here Stays Here" that part makes my ears bleed.

As for Right For Me, dope track. However WTF is up with the fast rapping. Can barely follow along to this s---. I miss the days when I was able to rap along Marshall. MMLP and TES days.
