Yeah cousins is one of the last qbs I would want on my team in the playoffs. I’m pretty sure I remember him admitting he was saying he was no playoff qb. At least he admitted it. He’s a good play against s-----y teams and can have his good times. But when it comes to pressure and must win games, he comes up empty usually. Definitely would look into a better franchise qb for that young offense around him.

Sucks looking like the Steelers won’t make it in the playoffs after curbstomping the patriots recently with ease. But when you lose to s--- teams like the raiders and broncos and still have Tomlin as your coach, i don’t even give a f---. Tomlin needs to go and most Steeler fans agree. No reason to not have your team prepared before an easy win game. And him failing to put together a solid all around defense all the years he has been a coach. Can’t wait for him to get fired.

overall, cousins played very well this season, but the team as a whole took a step back. part of it was due to tougher opponents and teams within our division getting better. the other part was simply not playing as well. we didn't run the ball as well as we did last season and the offensive line was worse--particularly the guards. tom compton has always been a backup level player and was only starting due to what happened to nick easton. mike remmers isn't that good to begin with, and he was playing out of position the entire season--so its not all that surprising how bad these two guys were.

in today's game we just didn't get our offense going fast enough. a team like the bears is difficult to beat once they get a good lead on you because their defense is so good. our defense kept us in the game, but the lack of balance within our offense was just too much to overcome this season.

personally, i think coaching is difficult to judge. in other words, i think its hard to point out who's a good head coach and who's not.

terry bradshaw has said more than once that he doesn't think tomlin is a good coach. but tomlin has done nothing but win since he's been the steelers head coach and he has one superbowl victory and two appearances--so its not exactly easy to make an argument that he's not a good coach.

now i will say this: tomlin obviously was handed a good team. in other words, he obviously can't make the excuse that he hasn't had the talent. but he's done something with talent. but has he done enough? who knows.
