Mcnabb didn't have a good offense around him besides 04-05 with TO. Westbrook was the only other guy worth a d--- at the skill positions besides D Jax for the two years he played with mcnabb

f---, I'm seein all these rumors about the Texans possibly signing Kaepernik......

That man is so limited and would not fit in O'Brien's system. Just sign Jay Cutler.

    Sorry for late response

    Good question.

I think McNabb definitely should be in the HoF, because I considered him a top 3-5 QB for most of his career, especially the early 2000's. It's really unfortunate how the Eagles faced truly elite teams in those years (Rams, Bucs and Pats... They probably should've beaten the Panthers though), because McNabb definitely deserved a ring. 4 straight conference title games is pretty crazy. Also, McNabb really didn't have any great weapons surrounding him until TO came.

Tony Romo is tough because, to me, he's on the fringe. I always believed that HOF players need to be top 3-5 players at their position for a few years, and IDK if I can really say that about Tony. Plus, I believe there's two exceptions to my standard in Tony's generation, and that's Eli Manning and Big Ben, who I don't believe either has ever been top QBs. However, both of their Super Bowl runs, plus Ben going to 3 Super Bowls, makes them HOFers in my book.

He played good last season just not Sherman level good. I don't think quality is why the Seahawks are shopping him though. I think they want to fill holes in other areas and Sherman already being 29, isn't getting any younger. They want to cash out on him while he's still at his best and use that to rebuild.

Hello all. First time posting here. I'd like to take this time to establish two things:
    1) Fly Eagles Fly
    2) Wentz > Prescott

The fact that he specifically mentions Jim Johnson's defense makes me happy

Soldier! I remember you from SL. Nice to see that you're still around. Unfortunately I'm not attending. I'm not a Philly native, in fact I've never even been to the city. I went to my first NFL/Birds game last season. Of course it was arguably our worst showing of the year (@ CIN). I plan to make the trip up there one year for a home game against Dallas.

d--- I got you, did you have a different name on SL? And where you from since you aren't a Philly native? I didn't get to a game last year but I was at the game against the Bills 2 years ago.

Yeah; I was under BR∆DY before it shut down. I carried the username over here afterwards but never posted. Just recently I switched my name to Legitimate (to reflect my the name I rap under) and have made an attempt to get back into the forums.

I'm actually a military brat and don't really consider myself from anywhere. The longest my family and I spent in one place was Virginia Beach, VA (6 years) but that holds little merit to me. I became an Eagles fan as a kid because I liked the color green. If only I knew how much I'd come to bleed that color...

I'm pretty happy about it. I'm not from the area (I live in Iowa) so I can't really feel what the Oakland people are going through. I'm happy we're getting out of the dump that is the Oakland Coliseum, but I wish we could've stayed in Oakland with a new stadium. Everyone is to blame, especially the city, but Davis did what he had to do. I'm looking forward to it, but it'll be weird not having the Raiders in Oakland like they have been for my entire life.
