Does it really matter that he was falling forward? Lol I'm legitimately asking idk. Because he clearly took steps after the "process of the catch." The process of the catch was him catching the ball and getting two feet in, after that he took steps and lunged. That looked like he was a runner to me.

Yeah it's the exact same thing that f----- over calvin Johnson. He was falling forward, not running forward. Stupid logic but it fits the rule they made. He was still in the process of a catch.

Almost everyone I'm seeing on twitter is saying the same thing, good call but bad rule. Everyone seems to think it should be considered a catch, just not based off the NFL rule. It wouldn't surprise me if the NFL adjusts a couple rules after this season like they did after the Vikings/Saints game a while back. It was after that game they changed the OT rules and I think they added more rules to protect the QBs then too.

I started getting into the NFL during the pre-season last year, being from England I knew very very little about the sport. I watched a few games picked up the rules etc and began to like it more and more with each game.
I asked the regulars on SL on recommendations on who I could follow and why, the response I got was basically pick anyone you like.

The initial teams I had a feeling for were Miami, Seattle and Detroit. No specific reasons other than their colours really, I watched pretty much every game of which we get coverage over here and by week 5 or 6 I hadn't taken to any other teams.

I bet on the games I watch and occasionally others too, anyway it was week 9 I believe and I had a bet with 4-5 teams in it and they had all won easily. The last team I was waiting on was Seattle and they were trailing the Bucs at home pretty badly. Russell Wilson led a typical late drive to take it to OT and they went on to kick a FG to win it so from then on I was like I have to stick with these guys, which I have. I watched videos on youtube etc to get to know the side better to improve my knowledge and stuff too.

Obviously winning the SB in my first season following was pretty nice but Seattle will always be my side from now and there will of course be low points as there is for every side in the NFL. Thats pretty much it.

Yeah that's bs then, whether they're falling forward or not should be irrelevant after the player in question takes multiple steps forward. Once a player starts taking steps they should be considered a runner.

Dude, I went to the Kingdome and met the Boz in the 80's... It changed my life... I might not even liked sports if it wasn't for that experience.

I've been a regular season ticket holder, even though I don't even live in the same state.

I'm a certified 12th man and I was there before the whole 12 man thing. I am one of the fans that inspired it.

Good season for the Cowboys though, everybody at the beginning of the season said we'd be lucky to go 8-8 this year and we surpassed all expectations. This team is really young and has a lot of room for improvement, especially on the defensive side. Need to concentrate in signing and bringing in most of the players back. Don't want any big free agency signings, focus on the draft and look into getting a pass rusher and corner within the first 3 rounds.

With the Redskins and Eagles still having QB problems, the Giants not learning and still thinking Eli/Coughlin can work, there's no reason why we can't win the division again next year.
