@Boos you've been talking like the Eagles are just going to walk over everybody and the rest of the teams don't even stand a chance. as an eagles fan (and this applies to the Vikings too) you should know better than anyone that the Eagles are known for letting their fans down.

for the record, i have nothing against the eagles. in fact, if the vikings don't win, i would hope the eagles would simply because they've had good teams over the years.....they just never are able to get over the hump. (i can relate to this)

so please boos, let's not start sucking each other's d-ck's quite yet!

The AFC gets so old sometimes. Since 2002, other than 2003 (Raiders) and 2013 (Ravens) the AFC side has been represented by the Patriots, the Steelers or a Peyton Manning led team (Colts/Broncos) in the Super Bowl. That's 15 years and hardly any parity at all, having basically 3 QB's in that time frame being the only ones in the Super Bowl for the AFC. At least the NFC has some variety in there. The AFC is so weak this year too compared to the NFC where it's really competitive.

We will see here in about 3 weeks, but until the Steelers prove they can beat the Patriots - the Patriots look like they will once again walk gingerly into the Super Bowl. I would say Jacksonville is a slight threat due to their defense being so good this year, but they don't really have the offensive firepower to keep up with New England. I absolutely despise Tom Brady (but I do respect him) and after last year (and knowing that comeback was gonna happen after they cut into that lead), it would s--- to see him win another ring. The NFC is gonna be tough - the Eagles, Vikings, Rams and Saints have all looked solid. But like you said, the Falcons and especially the Seahawks (due to them always getting hot in December) could make a run this last month and then who knows.

I really like the Eagles and the Vikings to come out of the NFC this year, due to both having stout run defenses (I think they are #1 and #2 in that category) and top 5 defenses overall. In the playoffs, we all know it comes down to who can run the ball (although this part has went away a little due to the pass-happy nature of the league today) and who can stop the run. I'd like to see either one make it to the Super Bowl, and I'd like to see either one completely destroy the Patriots haha

Just remember who told you first when we win it all, and I'm not gonna hear "Oh, of course you said that your an Eagles fan!" excuse. We're legit this year, there's a feeling in the city that has never been here. It's happening

Eli benching is a shocker, especially for Geno. This is disrespectful to Eli

Lol poor Eli. He deserves to start for the rest of the season but they really should replace him this off season

I don’t see what’s so tragic about this. The giants season is over. Why continue to play Eli & risk him getting injured? I mean it’s not like Geno Smith is going to be the starting QB next season. Unless the giants draft a QB with their first round pick, Eli is still their QB for the foreseeable future.

Yeah and look around the league specifically their division, everyone has young great QBs and they're stuck with the wildly criticized Eli. I'm sure that was a factor in trying to move on because he definitely isn't the big problem with the team

eli's performance this season doesn't warrant him being benched.

It doesn’t. I mean I don’t think he’s played super well or anything. He’s been mediocre per usual. Only reasoning I can see them benching him is that they don’t want to risk him getting hurt.
