my prediction is the pats winning 21 to 17. foles has done really well though (especially considering he hasn't played much this season) so perhaps he'll surprise again and pull off the upset

also, they announce the NFL hall of famers tomorrow night.......looking forward to that

I really don't f---in know lol, I think most are still not trying to talk about it/think about it till we have to on Sunday..Like for me it's gonna hurt to even watch the d--- game but I know I don't want to miss it still cuz it should be a great game.

My guess would be more are pulling for the Pats, but who knows..I haven't heard much either way.

I won't lie, this is true. As a fan, last year really did it for me. Being down 28-3 and somehow winning, it erased a lot of the bitterness from the Giant Super Bowl losses.

Not to say I'm not super nervous about Sunday or I'm not gonna go absolutely crazy if we win, but last Super Bowl was just ridiculous.

Actually, the last two Super Bowl titles are still surreal to me.

I'm really not that confident for this game. I'd love to see the Pats jump out early and put pressure on Philly but I highly doubt it happens. I feel like the Pats are gonna have to make a comeback this game. Not necessarily because Eagles are better, but I think they're gonna be super amped to start the game.

The great thing about the Pats is their ability to adjust and settle in.

Yea last year was the craziest game I've ever seen and as a Pats fan I don't even know how anything could ever top that. Of course, as a fan you always want your team to win and there's still things for the Pats to accomplish like Brady tying MJ in titles and then putting a complete stop to that story that came out a few week ago, but after five championships topped with last years is the feeling still the same? I clearly don't know being that I've only seen one major sports championship and Villanova two years ago.

I think the Eagles need to get out to a great start, but not only that, we need to capitalize on it this time. The last super bowl it felt like we dominated the first half, but we went into the half tied. That would be devastating to happen again. We need to get constant presage on Brady and Pederson needs to be on his A game with the play calling. I expect a close game either way because that's just what the patriots do in the big game lol

Still should have been blown dead imo. And that call by joe buck is so underwhelming for one of the most memorable plays in NFL history

I'll admit, 2001 is special to me, and in a lot of ways, this year's Philly team reminds me of that year (losing our starting QB and having our back up lead us to the Super Bowl and winning our first against a team that was considered a "dynasty" at the time).

But, yeah, they're all special to me, and they never get old. s---, there's games I see NOBODY mentioning that were truly special to me in this amazing playoff run (2006 vs Chargers, 2011 vs Ravens).

28-3 is the icing though. I still can't get over it. But, in saying that, the Malcolm Butler interception was icing too, so it's tough to say lol.

I remember watching the last Super Bowl between us, and even though Philly played great in the first half, my confidence level was so d--- high for our team that I wasn't even really nervous. That Pats team was such a machine, that I just figured they'd figure it out.

This time around, I don't think either team is that strong in comparison, but I feel like they're more evenly matched now than back then, if that makes sense. Like I don't know how confident I am in our defense to lock you guys down (even though they HAVE locked teams down).

I truly think that this Pats team is the weakest Pats team to reach the Super Bowl since the 2011 Pats team.

Anyways, here's some things I foresee happening....

If I'm Philly, I'm attacking Malcolm Butler. I wouldn't attack Gillmore or even Eric Rowe. Malcolm Butler is the weak link on our defense. I think Ertz could have a good game, but Chung is so d--- good against tight ends, that IDK. That, to me, is the biggest matchup on that side of the ball.

The weakness of the Patriots' defense is Butler lol I hate to say it because I praised him for the last few years, but he really regressed this season. He bites on double moves like crazy.

BEFORE James Harrison, I would've said the key would be to rush outside the tackles, but man, James Harrison is a beast at setting the edge against the rush. Our rush defense totally improved since he's arrived, which is hilarious because I totally wrote him off.

Not to say Philly CANT run on us, because I'm not sold on our front 7...

Our front 7 without Hightower has potential to be a shutdown defense.... It just hasn't really been tested. Like, vs Jags, the first half they played really soft, then the 2nd half they blitzed the s--- out of the Jags and shut them down... Or vs the Titans, they played soft at first, then blitzed second half and sacked Mariota 8 times...

Like, i don't know which defense is real lol. Plus, I don't put much stock into Jags and Titans offense.

On offense, I think Pats are gonna attack through our backs and Gronk. I don't really think our receivers are gonna do much. I'm sure Brady will take a few shots deep with Cooks, but I don't really like when he does that. Most teams have a really difficult time with our backs and Gronk. I don't think we'll run on Philly's defense, but Dion, Rex and White will probably have a big day catching the ball.

Look, in all honesty, I think Brady will eventually figure out your defense, even if they beat him into the ground at first. I think Brady will probably put up points and make a surge late.

However, it's our defense vs your offense that matters. I don't think Foles is gonna choke or anything, I just don't know which defense to expect. Just going by THIS YEAR, I think the Pats are gonna play soft at first (which means backing up the linebackers off the line of scrimmage), and they're gonna give up a lead. I'm gonna say 14-0 Eagles by 2nd quarter.... Then, I think they'll start being aggressive, and that's when the game will really start because i think the pats will ramp up the blitzes and exotic looks.

How Philly handles that, will determine the outcome of the game to me.

That entire drive was f---ing bs. Biggest choke job by a defense I've ever seen.

    Meriweather drops an interception
    Rodney drops an interception
    Asante drops an interception
4th and 1 converted (I blame Seau on it, because he had a clear f---ing shot at Jacobs, and he pulls up and gets blocked. You can tell it's his gap)
LEAVING HOLLYWOOD HOBBS ON f---ing BURRESS ALONE

    Man f--- you Kon.
