    point guard defense isn't really that important,

    i doubt the difference between the two will really matter much

    offensively, IT is much more polished and efficient than kyrie, thats what'll make an impact

    First of all, that's crazy lol... PG is the deepest position in the league... defense is extremely valuable

    He's slightly less efficient than IT (Kyrie actually shot slightly better than IT last year except for FT's) and has the most polished offensive game in the leauge outside of guys like KD, Curry, or Melo

    What'll be an impact will be Kyrie's playoff and finals experience, his ISO game, (best in the league)

    how many of the best teams in the league start pg's who are notoriously bad defenders, team defense covers up for alot.
    in todays nba individual defense is less and less important at the pg spot because of constant screening and switches


    IT is pretty much all layups and 3's, a much better shooter off ball and isnt as much of a ball stopper than kyrie. proven to be a much better facilitator than kyrie too which is kinda huge considering hes on a team without bron now

    It's cool if it's less important, but it's still extremely valuable to have a good defender at the point guard spot especially if your team has a good big. It'll help keep them out of foul trouble.

    Also look at the Celtics when IT would go off the court. Their defense was so much better.
    ISO scoring>>>Shooting off ball unless you're playing with a great facilitator
    like a Lowry
    He is a better facilitator than Kyrie is IMO, something I think Kyrie needs to get better at
