    Beat the champions of Germany, France & Italy to win their 3rd consecutive Champions League title; huge errors from Karius obviously but you can’t take much away from Madrid—this team are winners.

    Makes it that much better that it’s against Liverpool too.

    Imagine being fan of a club that won the CL 4 times, played the EL final last year but didn't even qualify for either this year..

    And its not like liverpool got to the finals by s--- refereeing decisions. Life is tough sometimes

    Unreal, words can't even describe this feeling. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined any team winning 3 in a row, let alone a team I've supported since I could walk. What can I say about Bale's goal? Easy Puskas winner.

    These are empty words but be proud of this unreal season Liverpool had. Hoping Salah won't miss this WC, I still think he'd be favorite for Ballon D'Or regardless of today's result

    lmao just realized, since when does the Eredivisie not have its Champions League place anymore? I mean even the champion has to go through qualification? That's crazy, old times don't last I guess:sad1:

    2009, 2011, 2015 same goes for Messi, so I guess that's a pretty strong criteria when choosing the "best" player of the year

    When I look at Sergio Ramos my heart tells me that a missed a great football career. Probably the most average center back playing in a TOP10 team and is wield as one of the best everr. LOL

    Messi statistically was better than Ronaldo in 2009 & 2011. 2015 is the only arguable year since Ronaldo had more goals but Messi had more assists. Messi was also sharing the load with Neymar & Suarez. Those years, it made sense for Messi to win it. Last year, Ronaldo was trash from August-December & they still gave it to him.
