Idk what the point would be to put the women in HITC would be...

They're not gonna on top on the cell...or even out of it...and there won't be any blood...

True but the regular cell matches nowadays are basically the same way you just described them.

The cell is a prop and a selling point more than anything these days. They'll use cool hype videos for the cell showing all the amazing stuff that happened in matches 10 or 15 years ago when in reality the only use they'll get out of the cell is slamming their opponent into it once or twice.

Jim Ross recently said on the most recent episode of his podcast that "talks" between WWE and TNA have happened, and in regards to WWE buying the TNA Tape Library, "the deal is imminent"

He claims this is from a very reliable source, too

Let's go to Scott Steiner for the math on this one

The way I see it, there's a 2/3rds and one half chance that Vince is gonna buy the TNA tape library
take the other 1/3rd chance and add the possibility that the library will end up on WWE Network
that's 4/4ths other words 100% chance I will wet my pants in excitement
divide by possibility of A Death of TNA Documentary and add that to the established 2/3rds and 1/3rds chance of Vince buying the tape library

And that's a 141% chance of me beating smoejoe at Sacrifice

I think this is the best case scenario for everyone...

TNA get the influx on cash they need amd keeps going
WWE gets tons of content for the Network

I, for one, would be stoked to see old AJ/Joe/Angle/Dudleys matches. Throw in some Sting/Foley/Flair/Christopher Daniels and the Network gains value imo

here are my thoughts on this weeks Lucha Underground ep 5

Spoiler: thoughts

-Ivelisse vs. Mariposa decent match, seems they are building a new feud w/ the moths and Ive/newly debuting sami calihan
-tension between Mundo and Dario is building every week, possible Mundo face turn imminent???
-odd vignette of a white rabbit, dunno wtf this means
-Texano and Cage in another big hoss match, Texano is super boring. Cage needs to move on from this to bigger and better things
-Prince Puma vs Mantanza was a great main event, a little odd that they had their first matchup ever for the title here on a random episode with no storyline or build. Highlight of the match and maybe season thus far was Puma's INSANE fisherman suplex into a deadlift suplex on MANTANZA. can't remember the last time I was literally shocked in a display of strength. great job there
also Mil Muertes gored THE FUWK outta Prince Puma at the end to help Mantanza retain the title.
-cant be too bothered to be interested in Killshots backstory cause i just dont feel much for him as a performer

all around good episode, Puma and Mantanza was probably best match of this season so far

Rumors swirling that WWE are going to introduce new tier pricing for the Network with the highest being $14.99. Included for 14.99 would be what we already have, as well as TNA, ROH, and possibly EVOLVE and Progress Wrestling
