    exactly I hope he uses that as a vessel to spread the core message of this masterpiece
    I honestly think its the best messages and means of disseminating the messages in any art form in recent times.
    I haven't been able to think of a better one, if anyone can help that would be nice

    Initially no but it grew on me heavily like all of the album. There's really no weak song on here tbh

    momma. Not saying the song is bad it just hasn't really clicked with me yet. deff the least plaid song so far.

    Maybe I'm underestimating how many people actually think this albums "metaphors" are complex...I thought they were all pretty straightforward

    You're a huge Atmosphere fan, correct? What bothers you about Kendrick using Lucy that doesn't bother you about Slug using Lucy Ford?

    Keep in mind I'm not well-versed in atmosphere's discog so I might be off base here, but on paper it seems kinda like the same thing.

    No bad songs on the album. My least favourite is Momma but its last verse is great. The album is an undisputed classic & puts Kendrick up there as one of the greats already with 3 classics in a row.
    All Kendrick fans should just enjoy this era because we are witnessing one of the GOAT's in his prime.

    I don't like the new version of i even though it has a lot more energy. The part chorus when K. Dot screams EEEEH in a high voice destroys it for me :scust:
    The next song I won't like (for a few days) will be either King Kunta or Hood Politics because I over-played it. :hov2:
    I will never let that happen tho:wow5:
