Haha yea the 8th wonder brewery is a Houston based brewery. They have a hip hop series where they create a seasonal beer and team up with a Houston rapper like bun b, Paul wall, and slim thug to help promote and sell it.

It’s a brilliant way to market and sell the beers!

I’m in Belgium so I’m fairly spoilt for choice. didn’t realise Asahi was rice beer. I would probably place it above a few Aus beers but at a lower grade than Belgian beers

Drunk this beer directly from the wooden barrells in the cellars of their brewery in Prague. Good times!

"Hoppy" doesn't really mean anything. It means what it intends to in context but the adjective is wrong. It's like saying "this food is spicy". What type of spicy? Chilli? Smoky? Hot? Hops are essentially the spice of beer.
So some hops will give a floral/flowery smell and taste. Others will give a tropical/peachy smell and taste. There are hops that give a smoky taste and others that are piney and resinous.

Drinking a beer without hops would be like drinking a Horlicks (a brand of malt drink). Add hops to that and you have endless possibilities.

Exactly lol, when it’s hot and I get home at 1 am, a coors light is nice lol

but I’m my day off I like to hunt for a good craft beer.

Anyone got a nice reccomendation for Thursday? Since it’s been hot, I’ve been leaning toward light crisp pilsners. Or a refreshing IPA that’s sessionable

    sessionable beers >>>>

I drink bud light and coors light all the time, especially when I’m outdoors fishing or at a cookout or some other outdoor party. I’ll throw down Miller lites too but they’re not as popular amongst my family and friends.

Yea these 3 are watered down generic beers which are literally available anywhere beer is sold in America, but they’re really great for binge drinking.

If I’m eating a meal and opt for beer instead of wine, I’ll get a more flavorful beer. My go to beer with food is usually Dos Equis or Shiner Bock (I live in Texas and these are really popular here).
