Jul 24, 2020Logic’s music is so sterile. His writing is still awful, there’s no personality in this at all. He’s saying absolutely nothing of substance & nothing clever neither, you can’t rhyme 1 syllable a bar and not have any content, but it’s so generic that it could easily pass as decent background music.
Just like everything that came before it, this isn’t for Hip Hop, this is for casual music listeners that aren’t interested in the craft or the culture to have something to gravitate to because it’s easily digestible. It’s insulting to everyone else when he’s constantly biting & copying other artist’s around him’s creative ideas/song structures/production/flows etc.
GP4 hook is a Snoop bite.
Open Mic is biting “The Heart PT. 2 - a Kendrick song, AGAIN.
I’m so bored listening, I’m not even halfway, I’m done.
