Aug 13, 2015 Switched up my routine recently. I play basketball leagues on Mondays & Tuesdays, so I hit chest/triceps/shoulders/abs Wednesday, back/biceps/abs Thursday, legs/abs Friday, then hoop for a couple hours on Saturday. Been sore as f--- the past 2 weeks so hopefully I start seeing some great results soon. I usually do 3 exercises on each body part, 4 sets, 15, 12, 10, 8 reps.
Aug 23, 2015 Looking to put together a workout routine if anybody wants to give me some advice. How many hours a day and days per week should I lift to add mass? I'm taking protein shakes from GNC.
Aug 23, 2015 Can take them or send em right back. But 2 suggestions. AGAIN don't be offended and don't need to take them. 1) Drop triceps and biceps out of your routine. Hit back, shoulders and chest heavier in multijoint exercises to hit the bi's and tri's. 2) If you don't want to drop the bi's and tri's then I'd set up the workouts like this: Day 1: Chest/Shoulders/Tri/Core Day 2: Legs/Core Day 3: Back/Bi/Core Gives a day rest between using upper body again instead of the day right after (right now you're doing 2 upper, 1 lower this would be upper, lower, upper). EDIT: Remember abs isn't simply just flexion exercises. Look up oblique exercises and lower back exercises. A lot of people just do flexion movesments to work abs, it's not fully utilizing the area.

Aug 25, 2015 that's amazing, you have any problems like stretchmarks/loose skin or anything like that? What were peoples reactions and how did your life change, do people treat you different for example?
Aug 25, 2015 Nah no stretchmarks and the loose skin was minimal it's now toned up and isn't loose. I lost it for my gf lol and she cheated on me so f--- her. Everyone was shocked af and I felt f---ing great and nobody treated me any different but I made new friends and they used to take the piss outof Fat people and I was like
Aug 25, 2015 I actually did switch up the days, working out upper 2 days in a row didn't make a lot of sense. I need to incorporate more cardio though. I hoop a lot but I need more. I'm trying to drop around 10 pounds in the next 4 weeks.

Oct 2, 2015 Guessing you're referring to legs? I squat & deadlift 3 plates. More than anyone at my gym except for one dude that's just a monster power lifter. I don't wear that protection belt around my waist though.
Oct 2, 2015 Not bad but wow at only one guy doing more than 3 plates. I rep 4 plates on both and I'm barely in the top 15 at my rec. Back home I have the 2nd best squat at that gym though
Oct 3, 2015 volume days I do 3x5 then 5x5 then intensity day I do 1x3, 3x2, 5x1. Each week I go heavier than the last, it is a 4 week cycle then I max out then repeat.
Nov 23, 2015 Question- why do my wrists get sore when doing dumbell curls? Is it more likely I am holding the dumbells incorrectly or is the weight too heavy me? I'm not even lifting anywhere near the weight most of you are ='( Also just wanted to rant because I ordered protein on the 11/12 this month, held in customs for a week and has only been handed over to, hopefully, the last carrier today. Super annoying.
