Dec 14, 2014 Underrated My Darling - This song I feel is underrated not just by Eminem fans but also by Eminem himself as it didn't make the cut for the original album and it was added as a bonus track, I think that was a mistake and it could of been more impactful if it made the original album. The prison of the mind, the inner voice, the difference between Eminem and Shady is a pinnacle track and probably one of the most important of Eminems career. Going Through Changes - This song has the substance, emotion, storytelling and brutal honesty to be a top 10 song for me but I personally feel it gets overlooked by people. Maybe it should of been released as a single. Spacebound - I know you probably think this track isn't underrated but I personally think it is in terms of chart success it is. Its another great storytelling track with emotion and an honest message. Overrated Bad Guy - Pt.2 is pretty d--- perfect but lets not forget the first part which didn't carry the song well like it did on Stan. On Stan he became that character and he made it believable in terms of storytelling. On Bad Guy I didn't get into the overacting attempt to be the Matthew character and the only part that I liked was the reference to the bridge which was basically copied from the original Stan. Deja Vu - I get why people like it and I personally like it myself but I think there are a lot more better songs out there. In terms of this site and SL I think its overrated. Beautiful - I think this track is ok and I remember people talking about it when it was released and praising it. I think its ok but it doesn't explore depth as much as Eminem has done. If it wasn't released as a single it would of been almost forgettable.
Dec 14, 2014 Its hard to determine over and underrated. My feeling is not that Beautiful gets that high a praise though. I like it, but yeah forgettable I agree. Only thing that sticks out is Deja Vu. I have to say that I don't think it's possible to overrate that song, it's really that good in my opinion. I am yet to find a more personal and descriptive song about living is an addict.
Dec 14, 2014 my darling is hella underrated gtc is easily the best song on its album my mom loves spacebound I agree that maybe he did too much to oversimplify the rhyming in the first three verses even if it was to prove a valid point. Deja vu is underrated for many many reasons some of which are discussed above I like beautiful but it was made when he was in rehab so I cut it slack if it's not as say cinematic as some of his other joints

Dec 16, 2014 Underrated 1. Music Box - Top 10 song since his come back. This track is everything Relapse should of been. The detailed and twisted story telling, his delivery/flow is on point, and his charisma is just great. He's so engaged in the serial killer like character he's portraying it's almost like you're listening to a script of a horror movie or something. 2. Spend Some Time - I know on here this song is pretty widely praised but in general I very rarely hear this song spoken of. I know the biggest complaint about this song are the guest verses but I really have no problem with any of them. Obie Trice and 50 deliver very solid verses while Stat Quo was nothing to special (it was decent) it really doesn't take away much from the song at all. Then of course there's Em who delivers probably the best verse on Encore. 3. Careful What You Wish For - When I first heard Eminem was making a "come back" songs like this is what I expected to hear. Deep songs, kind of reminiscing on matters he went through and his state of mind at the time. I honestly wish his introspective tracks would sound more like this rather than Guts Over Fear. I'll do overrated later

Dec 17, 2014 Underrated 1. Seduction 2. Groundhog Day (more ignored than underrated, because it's not on the album I guess, don't see why that matters) 3. My Mom/Hello Overrated 1. Stay Wide Awake 2. 25 to Life 3. Not Afraid Could change both lists to entirely different ones though
