    Exactly. I know it's a great piece of music, but i have zero desire to listen to anything from it except Wesley's Theory, The Blacker The Berry and Mortal Man. Kendrick was the last person on earth you would think of when talking about a sophomore slump, yet at this pace the album could sell less than Born Sinner. f---ing crazy.

    Cole sold 800k+ units of mediocre album which hasn't been praised by critics nor the masses. His fanbase was unreal even year and a half ago.

    word and he did a lot of promo as well, i dont really know how its selling so little. I mean GKMC was still selling like 15k a week when that control verse dropped. :idk:

    This was from an interview in london 3 weeks ago. He was talking about the quality of the rap game and praised Kenny, Joey, AND Cole. Y'all just looking for something that's not there. :work:

    Kendrick could really need Cole if the collab ever happens.

    IMO the album is too long, among other things. I had to force myself to listen to it. I have no desire to listen to it again.
    I can blast any other Kendrick project, but this one just isn't doing it for me

    When Cole, Drake, TDE and ASAP were on the come up, 2009-2012, that was the greatest period in hip hop ever for me. So many classics.

    Kendrick goes platinum with GKMC, Cole only goes gold with Born Sinner:

    "He's selling so well because of the word of mouth of dropping a classic. Cole didn't get it right with Born Sinner that's why he only went gold"

    Considering FHD's success I wonder what some of y'all will say if TPAB doesn't go platinum :khaled:
