    Alright so the story is @Koolo used to own Studio Leaks with another guy, but that guy deleted the site off the server after getting legal threats from UMG. Koolo texted me asking if I was down to start a new forum with him and I agreed as long as I got 100% creative control. So I got to pick the name and design it and then we ended up importing a backup from 2011 from SL and making this site (thats why this site already has 11k members).

    What I want to do with this site though is work with Akaash and ODB and make a lifestyle and culture blog like what Complex is. I've made a mockup that I've only shown a few people but I want to follow up the enormous success that was JCN into something more diverse. Section.80 is an album about the generation so we adopted the name as a website about the generation and culture. A lot of people think its a Kendrick fan site so I'ma let that slide since mad KDot fans joined up here because of that lol.

    It was never in the plan to merge JCN with this site, but given we had 2 months left on the servers and given how uncomfortable I am asking Ib to help us again, I thought the timing made this move perfect.

    The biggest thing for me was that I didn't want to split apart the community we built on JCN because to be 100 with you, that's probably the best group of people I've associated with on the internet ever. This way we get to live on I guess.

    just a small suggestion request, if it's doable: can someone like add some color to the format? everything is white...i can't distinguish post and things...

    Nah not yet. iTunes sales are not that good yet but it's rising there too. It's been gaining a lot of spins on urban and rhythmic radio and that's how power trip started before it caught on so hopefully this follows the same trend:manny:
